Luckily the warm weather stuck around long enough to get us outside for the weekend! Our friend Chris is watching her neighbor's daughter Athena for the weekend, and asked if I would be interested in meeting her at the zoo with little man. I was hoping for a nice long nap before our outing, but it was not to be! As usual, the stroller was used as storage for the diaper bag, and Jackson either wanted to be carried, or wanted to run from animal cage to animal cage to check out all the action. After every animal sighting he would shout "more", and start running full speed ahead. We did get a chance to ride the carousel, but the train was closed for maintenance, which didn't make this little Thomas fan happy...
