My little Scrooge! He LOVES to "count" his money and put money in and out of his piggy bank, and pile it up in cups. I think he watched Disney's "Scrooge" one too many times... My grandpa gave Jackson $5 for Christmas, and I rolled it up to put it in Jackson's piggy bank. Jackson wasn't sure what this was, and I tried to explain the difference between "bills and coins" to him. At the end of the discussion, Jackson told me that the difference was that you throw coins into the water to make a wish, and not bills! I must admit, I was pretty impressed with his explanation. It has been almost six months since he threw coins in the water in San Diego, so I can't believe he even remembers this!
