Halloween!

Ok, I know that only taking two pictures on Halloween makes me a slacker mom, to say the least...

Trick-or-treating started bright and early and Jackson and Peyton went to Ambassador (sissy's work, previously my office as well) and daddy's work for a candy spree. Jackson ended up with two Ziploc bags FULL of candy by noon, and it was back home for a nap before the night festivities began.

We had the neighbors over and sissy, Peyton, and Travis, and were back out trick-or-treating before the temps got too cold. Jackson and Peyton tired out early, and I was holding little man's trick-or-treat bag shortly after we got started, and Peyton's daddy was carrying her around to prevent her from tripping over her horse costume...

No worries, because Jackson discovered that handing out candy to trick-or-treaters was almost as much fun as actually getting candy himself! He set up his chair at the door, and when people showed up, he diligently counted out pieces of candy to the kids, and loved every minute of it!
