Happy Valentines Day 2009! Jackson's first Valentines Day, and he has five teeth to enjoy! I am confident that he is working on a sixth as we speak, but Lonnie is not so sure. With Jackson on the move, and rarely sitting still, there is never a dull moment, but it is so much fun! Yesterday was the first of many days spent "baby proofing", and one of the fireplaces and all of the outlets in our rooms are checked off the list. We have one of the two openings to the stairway gated off, but are looking for more baby proofing products as we speak. We have a lot of space to baby proof, so it won't be easy! Jackson likes to spend as much time on his feet as he does crawling, and I often find him sitting up in his crib, deciding if he's going to pull up and fall over the edge, or go back to bed. As a result, Lonnie is lowering his crib as I type, to make sure the little man doesn't do anything too crazy.

Happy Birthday to Grandpa Gil Marty, who turned 86 on Friday!

We love you grandpa!! Celine Dion, here we come!
