A great last day with Peyton, sissy, and Travis! We went to the park today to feed the ducks, geese, and squirrels, and we had a great time. Jackson was in heaven with so many animals to see and feed, and just didn't understand why he couldn't get down and "walk with the animals." We let him run around the park to expel some energy, as we knew we would fare better at the airport if we could wear him out.

Luckily, we all sat together, and after a short fit, we turned on Jackson's "Winnie the Pooh" video and he quickly fell asleep. He did so well on the flight that we decided to stop at Cracker Barrel on the way home for dinner, and little man was so tired that he turned into his "comedian" alter ego. Here's hoping for a full night of sleep!

I already miss you sissy and Peyton (and Travis, of course), and I definitely don't plan on it being another year before I am back in Sacramento! The older our babies get, the harder the distance becomes...
