Happy New Year!!! I can't believe it's 2009, and Jackson is seven months old and counting! He is getting more active every day, and we tend to rotate between the exersaucer, the Johnny jumper, the walker, and anything else that will hold his attention for 10-15 minutes. His personality is all his own, but SO like Lonnie's and mine also! He is always looking for something to do, and loves being the center of attention!

Unfortunately, Jackson thinks there is no wrong time to practice all of his new moves, and tries crawling and rolling over at all hours of the day and night. More night than day it seems, and Michelle removed his mirror and fish aquarium from the crib yesterday as they are constant "distractions". We will see if he sleeps any better without them, but it is so hard to calm Jackson down to get him to sleep for a few hours, as there are so many things to do when he's awake!

Happy New Year, and we hope 2009 is as wonderful as 2008 has been with our sweet boy! He makes every day worth waking up to, as the smiles never stop (ok, they usually stop around 9 and are replaced with a few tears...)
