What a great night!
We all enjoyed Noy's delicious ribs, and then Jackson helped me make caramel corn. My grandma McKenney has the BEST ever caramel corn recipe, and it's a family tradition that we make it SEVERAL times per year. I knew that Jackson would be fascinated with the popcorn popper and I was right! I started out holding him while I was making it, but he wanted to put his hands all over the hot popcorn popper so then Lonnie had to hold him to keep him back.
After caramel corn, it was time for the season opener of Grey's Anatomy! It wasn't as good as I had hoped, but I still can't pull myself away from the TV...
