Happy Thanksgiving!

Grandma and Grandpa Mower seem to have the touch, and sometime between yesterday afternoon and evening, while at Grandma and Grandpa's house, Jackson got his second tooth!

Has a head cold now as well, and has been a bit miserable, but he is still his usual happy self, and I am convinced that he has Grandpa Gil's personality imbedded deep in his genes! He loves to be noticed, is always the life of the party, and wants to make sure ALL eyes are on him! Sound like Grandpa Gil to you???

Ways that our life has changed for the better in the past 6 months! Can you believe our little man is 6 months old?!

You finally stop to smell the roses, because your baby is in your arms.

Where you once believed you were fearless, you now find yourself afraid.

The sacrifices you thought you made to have a child no longer seem like sacrifices.

You respect your parents and love them in a new way.

You find that your baby's pain feels much worse than your own.

You believe once again in the things you believed in as a child.

You lose touch with the people in your life whom you should have banished years ago.

Your heart breaks much more easily.

You think of someone else 234,836,178,976 times a day.

Bodily functions are no longer repulsive. In fact, they please you. (Hooray for poop!)

Your love becomes limitless, a superhuman power.
